Subject matter expert in relevant tools, processes, and products
Experience authoring or editing content in a technical environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written communication skills in English
Familiarity with knowledge and content management systems such as Pega, Confluence, and Atlassian Suite
Solid understanding of web standards, including HTML, CSS, and SEO best practices
