You conduct continuous, outcome-oriented product discovery to deeply understand and solve real customer problems
You are responsible for the discovery and delivery process for your key outcomes and maximize the value of HERO Software for our customers
You work closely with Design and Engineering in an interdisciplinary product team and rapidly move concepts into implementation
You maintain close contact with our customers and with customer-facing teams to validate new solution approaches
You identify and evaluate AI-enabled use cases with measurable benefits for our customers and integrate them into our core product where appropriate
You proactively drive your initiatives forward and promote collaborative problem solving in interdisciplinary teams

Degree in Business Informatics, Economics, Business Administration (BWL), Economics (VWL), Computer Science, IT Management, or a comparable qualification
Fluent in German (min. C1) and English (min. C1)
Several years of experience in product management for B2B SaaS products
Knowledge of common product discovery methods (e.g., Opportunity Solution Tree, Experience Mapping, Assumption Testing)
Clear focus on outcome-oriented work and data-driven decision making (e.g., OKRs, TARS)
Basic understanding of AI technologies and their practical applications in a B2B context
You enjoy working independently and in an outcome-focused way and can incorporate differing opinions
Experience applying Objectives and Key Results for goal setting and performance measurement
