Senior Manager, Housekeeping Operations

Role Overview

• Manage and coordinate housekeeping functions for assigned University buildings
• analyze and plan complex housekeeping programs and schedules
• recommend solutions for operational problems and policies
• provide support in coordination of training with Operations Manager
• prepare periodic reports and analyses
• manage various personnel functions
• ensure compliance of direct reports in all requirements
• hold direct reports accountable to department requirements and standards
• communicate effectively with peers and customers

Requirements

• communicative, cognitive and analytical skills normally acquired through a high school degree or equivalent
• knowledge of housekeeping functions normally acquired through five years progressive experience in housekeeping operations
• equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience
