Manage the full cycle, high volume recruitment process for signing fully licensed clinicians to join Octave's growing network of providers across multiple states.
Collaborate with Octave’s recruitment team and stakeholders to align on sourcing priorities and candidate profiles.
Execute sourcing strategies using data, market insights, and your recruiting experience.
Represent Octave professionally to candidates and maintain a high-quality candidate experience.
Provide feedback on recruiting tools, strategies, and processes when relevant.
Participate in 2–3 scheduled team meetings per week to stay aligned with priorities and updates.
Requirements
3+ years of recruiting experience
1+ years of clinical recruiting experience
Experience in corporate recruiting is preferred, but not required
Demonstrable ability to partner with and influence business leaders
Ability to create and execute passive sourcing strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management
Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
Familiarity with HR databases, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
Excellent communication skills
Ability to manage time and drive progress without direct oversight
