Lead/manage/support the development of AI/ML architectures for fleet operations, cyber defense, and logistics.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including data scientists, systems engineers, and enterprise architects—to translate complex requirements into robust, deployable solutions.
Drive key outcomes such as reduced data processing times, increased predictive accuracy, and accelerated AI model deployment across command networks.
Design and implement agentic AI systems leveraging Crew AI, LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI, Model Context Protocol (MCP) to enable tool use, memory, and multi-step autonomous task execution.

8+ years of related experience in AI/ML engineering, solution architecture, and system integration
Bachelor of Science in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, or another STEM field
Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit‑Learn)
Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes)
Experience with secure data pipelines, encryption, and compliance with DoW security controls
Active Secret clearance to start with the ability to obtain a TOP SECRET/SCI
US citizenship required
