Coach and manage a team of Assistant Store Managers, Sales Leads, and Sales Associates
Provide real-time feedback and guidance to empower team in achieving KPI goals
Partner with Divisional Sales Manager and HR to identify and resolve performance issues
Ensure timely implementation of visual merchandising directives and operational processes
Requirements
3-5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high-performance selling environment
Developed communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization
Strong business acumen and analytical thinking
Skilled in recruiting, retaining, and developing exceptional teams
Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite and retail point of sale systems
At least 18 years or older and can provide proof of identity and eligibility to work
