Serve as the primary front-facing representative, delivering professional, personalized service to private aviation clients while upholding brand standards.
Coordinate aircraft services including lavatory and water service, cleaning, marshalling, staging departures, catering, ground transportation, and vendor support.
Maintain real-time communication with Line Service, In-Flight, Owner Services, and vendors to ensure accurate, on-time execution of all service requests.
Support team scheduling, training, and SOP adherence to ensure consistent service delivery and operational coverage.
Ensure accurate documentation, timely billing of services, and support month-end financial close requirements.
Manage front office operations including guest check-in, security badge control, lounge upkeep, and facility presentation standards.
Maintain compliance with safety, security, and operational procedures while adapting to high-priority and time-sensitive requests.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Prior customer service experience (aviation experience preferred)
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Valid state Driver’s License
