Assist with order entry and updates in order management and e-commerce systems
Review customer orders for accuracy, including items, quantities, and shipping details
Monitor order statuses and report delays, errors, or exceptions
Track shipments and assist with basic order status updates
Cross-check orders against available inventory and report discrepancies
Communicate updates to internal teams as instructed
Complete additional administrative and order-related support tasks as assigned

1+ year of experience in order processing, customer support, data entry, or e-commerce support
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle repetitive, detail-oriented tasks
Basic familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, or Target
Comfort working with spreadsheets and online tools (Excel)
Clear written communication skills
Ability to follow workflows and instructions
Reliable and organized when working remotely
Experience with order management systems such as Channel Engine, Business Central, or Burq (training provided)
Basic understanding of shipping, tracking, and fulfillment processes
