Managing areas of responsibility with consideration to efficiency and well-being of the Company and its employees.
Directing the planning, implementation and maintenance of an effective quality assurance organization.
Collaborating with the quality team within Coperion Germany.
Managing compliance with ISO standards and maintaining documentation.
Developing strategies to improve equipment performance and minimize quality costs.
Maintaining and improving the Quality Management System.
Developing and coordinating the implementation of quality plans and standards.
Driving problem-solving activities related to lean initiatives.

Bachelor’s degree from a college or university in operations management or business or a combination of education and equivalent experience.
7+ years relevant experience in industrial environment.
Demonstrated proficiency in ISO 9001; 2015.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Office.
3+ years manufacturing experience (preferred).
Ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Outstanding communication skills.
Ability to adapt to flexible/changing schedules.
Understanding of Lean Basics.
Problem solving skills.
Ability to openly discuss critical issues and deficiencies.
