About this role
Role Overview
Driving profitable sales for the C&I business in the assigned territory.
Developing, implementing, and executing effective territory business plans.
Prioritizing your end customers, markets, and distributors to drive effective territory management.
Implementing promotions, and directives as set by division management.
Collaborating across other C&I territories and within other 3M EMD Divisions to meet customer needs.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) AND three (3) years direct sales and/or electrical construction/industrial experience in a private, public, government or military environment.
OR Associate's degree (completed and verified prior to start) and five (5) years of electrical industry sales experience in a private, public, government or military environment.
Current, valid driver’s license.
Sales experience in the Electric C&I Market.
Strong negotiation and relationship building skills.
Aptitude to understand and train customers on multiple product lines and applications.
Field/Channel sales experience.
Experience working in a matrix environment or large complex organization.
