Territory Sales and Service Representative

Role Overview

• Manage your territory, servicing laundry and dish machines, dispensing equipment and systems
• Conduct customer visits and recommend unique programs and solutions to customers
• Use problem-solving skills for maintenance and emergency service
• Assist in the installation of equipment and ensure customers' operations are fully functional
• Control costs related to equipment, parts, and inventory
• Receive a company service vehicle and cell phone for business use
• Manage, servicing, and selling to established customers

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of sales, mechanical service, customer service, food service or hospitality industry-related experience
• Availability to work overnight shifts and provide emergency assistance which may occur at night, on weekends and over holidays
• Current and valid Driver’s License with no restrictions
