Role Overview
- Deliver exceptional customer service and help create a positive atmosphere.
- Drive leasing performance and support team development.

- Implement and monitor leasing goals and strategies for resident retention.
- Conduct outreach marketing and maintain current marketing materials.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with residents and the community.
- Maintain accurate records in property management software and support property upkeep.
- Assist in achieving financial targets through effective leasing and cost management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 2–5 years of experience in student or multifamily housing; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Experience with property management software, preferably Entrata.
- Familiarity with both market-rate and LIHTC programs is a plus.
- Understanding and adherence to Fair Housing and EEO laws.
