Provide exceptional customer service by adhering to customer entitlements
Set clear expectations and meet commitments and arrival times to resolve customer needs
Perform all administrative duties within established regulatory requirements and timeframes
Complete preventative maintenance, installations, and related tasks
Diagnose and resolve electronic, network, and mechanical problems
Approximately 70% travel across specified geography is required.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in a diagnostic imaging service environment or 4+ years in electromechanical industries
Preferred experience in Diagnostic X-Ray (DXR) imaging equipment
Knowledge and application of electronic, mechanical, and networking theory
Associate Degree in electronics or equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to work flexible hours (including overtime, weekends, and on-call rotations)
Must be able to adhere to safety requirements and work with radiation sources
