Markets the program to physicians, providers, and Health Plans and presents educational materials to support the program.
Monitors program performance, maintaining ongoing communication of performance as appropriate.
Helps maintain relationships with providers including issues regarding payments, operation concerns and clinical outcomes.
Markets the IKC program to DaVita region dialysis centers, nephrologists and primary care physicians; creates and makes presentations as necessary.
Develops marketing and educational materials to support the IKC program.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
General knowledge of medical claims
Experience with client relations, physician relations, and/or marketing
Healthcare experience required; previous experience with a Health Plan preferred
Bilingual required (English/Spanish)
