About this role

Design and implement M365 solutions (Teams/SharePoint)
Handle and resolve incidents and service requests
Support clients in automating their workflows using the Power Platform
Contribute to development projects around M365 collaboration tools (SharePoint/Teams)
Perform administration and automation tasks in Teams and SharePoint environments
Monitor new features and updates in the M365 ecosystem
Act as a point of contact/resource for various stakeholders
Participate in requirements workshops with clients
Produce technical and functional documentation
Contribute to the adoption of M365 ecosystem tools

Minimum 8 years of experience as a SharePoint analyst/developer
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Experience developing solutions and administering SharePoint Online
Knowledge of using and administering Microsoft Teams
Knowledge of the Power Platform
Basic knowledge of PowerShell scripting
Knowledge of ShareGate (asset)
SharePoint / M365 certification (asset)
Experience developing Copilot agents (asset)
Proficiency in French, both spoken and written, and functional proficiency in English (asset)
