Salesforce Developer/Agentforce

American Unit, Inc is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer/Agentforce to join their team and help design, build, and deliver scalable, AI-enabled Salesforce solutions across enterprise environments. In this role, you will work hands-on with various Salesforce technologies and collaborate with Agile teams while mentoring other developers.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows , and AI-enabled workflows
• Implement and support Agentforce and intelligent automation , especially within Service Cloud
• Build and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, and ETL tools
• Participate in solution design, testing, deployment, and production support
• Conduct code reviews and ensure Salesforce best practices, scalability, and security
• Create technical documentation and solution designs
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers
• Collaborate with clients, product owners, architects, and Agile teams
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies
• Support pre-sales and solutioning efforts when required

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
• Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL, unit testing, and the Force.com platform
• Solid experience with Service Cloud (case management, automation, digital channels)
• Experience with Agentforce, AI-powered automation, or intelligent agent use cases
• Experience in Salesforce AI Assisted development
• Strong background in integrations, OOP design patterns, and relational databases
• Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and web services (REST, SOAP)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Salesforce AI / Agentforce-related certifications
• Salesforce Platform Developer I
• Salesforce Platform Developer II
• Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant
