Clinical Report Analyst, Health Plan

Role Overview

• Perform analysis of health care claims and financial data
• Provide clinical insight and expertise to the account executive team
• Conduct ongoing analysis and evaluation of claims, reports and clinical data
• Provide referrals to applicable teams based on data findings
• Maintain a working knowledge of data sources for reporting findings
• Establish effective communication with stakeholders and management team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing required
• Minimum of three years’ experience in the healthcare or health insurance industry required
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing
• Experience in data analytics and/or report development preferred
• Demonstrate proficiency with Epic/Tapestry and Microsoft applications.
