Role Overview
- Greet all customers with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Deliver friendly, efficient, and accurate service at checkout while maintaining a positive attitude
- Follow the company's Four Steps of Customer Service with every interaction
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately
- Ensure correct change is given and receipts are issued
- Stock shelves, coolers, and displays
- Prepare and maintain food and beverage stations
- Maintain cleanliness of the entire facility
- Follow all safety procedures and emergency response protocols
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned by management
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in retail, food service, or customer-facing roles preferred
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash-handling procedures
- CPR and First Aid training a plus
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
