Leading the design and development of the CRC program in collaboration with project partners.
Overseeing the hiring, training, and management of a team of 20 FTEs, including psychiatric prescribers, nurses, and clinicians.
Managing a multi-million-dollar budget and ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Developing and implementing policies, procedures, and training protocols to ensure the safety of staff and clients.
Collaborating with law enforcement agencies to train officers on program criteria and drop-off procedures.
Fostering partnerships with system providers to ensure seamless client flow.
Representing the program to stakeholders and the community, promoting objectives and achievements.

Master’s degree in social work or counseling with clinical licensure, independent licensure preferred. (LPC, LPCC, LPCC-S, LSW, LISW, LISW-S)
Management experience in a mental health/substance abuse environment, including program development and leadership within multi-system projects.
Comprehensive understanding of psychiatric risk assessment, crisis intervention, safety planning, and determining appropriate levels of care.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
