Wedding Coordinator – Banquet Operations

Role Overview

• Run events – handle all the logistics, from setting up for events to guest sendoff
• Get hands-on with wedding planning – coordinate all the details and ensure everything runs smoothly
• Take charge of rehearsal coordination, decor set up and ensure seamless day-of wedding planning
• Help with admin tasks – think floor plans, vendor communications
• Collaborate with teams, event staff, and vendors

Requirements

• No wedding experience needed
• Hospitality experience is a plus
• Great with people
• Quick on your feet
• Ability to work weekends and holidays
• College degree or equivalent hospitality experience preferred
