Role Overview

• Help develop plans and business intelligence
• Monitor business plans and performance
• Set targets and identify opportunities to improve service delivery
• Develop and deliver business strategies and solutions aligned with the business architecture of various initiatives
• Analyze the organization’s business needs and business context on highly innovative, strategic cross-sector projects
• Formalize business objectives and their value to the organization
• Analyze costs, benefits, risks, constraints, business opportunities and stakeholder needs in terms of project scope
• Develop testing strategies and acceptance testing plans
• Support the business sector during solution rollout
• Help develop change management strategies and carry out related activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• A minimum of eight years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of French is required
