Online Adjunct Faculty – Literature and Creative Writing

Role Overview

• Engage students in an asynchronous and inclusive learning environment by providing guidance and resources in a pre-developed online course
• Support students by providing instruction, feedback, and experiential and application-based learning
• Report to the faculty dean team
• Evaluate student work and provide individualized, constructive feedback within set timeframes
• Encourage student interaction through active participation in online discussions

Requirements

• Master's degree in Literature, English, Creative Writing, or a related field
• Experience working with diverse, non-traditional students
• Creative writing publications are required
