About this role

Supporting Operational Excellence team to monitor site routine/ways of working implementation across multiple sites in KY (30%)
Assist in designing training spaces and materials (Global Standards) to enhance Gemba capability and achieve a world-class organization (50%)
Support ongoing efforts in digital transformation, using tools like SharePoint, Power BI, Power Automate, AI Agents, etc. (20%)

Must be 21 by the start of the internship in June 2026
Pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering from an accredited university, preferably a rising senior or enrolled in a graduate program
Ability to perform tasks independently and efficiently, paying close attention to detail and procedures
Strong problem-solving & communication skills
Self-starter, flexible, comfortable working in unstructured fast-paced environment, and able to manage multiple priorities effortlessly
Team player with collaborative style and good listening skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Power Suite (BI, Automate, Apps)
High analytical skills
Must be authorized to work in the US
