Playtest and iterate on in-development games, providing detailed feedback on math, art, sound, messaging, pacing, and UI.
Responsible for creating detailed Game Design Documents (GDDs) and pitch materials that clearly communicate game concepts, mechanics, and player experience goals.
Support external partners with clear communication of key design features to aid in promotion and market success.
Analyze performance data post-launch to inform future game mechanics and optimize player retention.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Game Design, Psychology, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 4–5 years of experience in slot game design, with a proven track record of successful releases.
Strong proficiency in Excel for modeling and simulation.
Solid foundation in Combinatorics, Probability Theory, and Statistics.
Demonstrated ability to interpret player data and translate insights into actionable design improvements.
A keen eye for visual appeal and choreography, ensuring games are not only mathematically sound but also visually engaging and well-paced.
Proficiency in visual design tools for storyboarding and concept presentation.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively across disciplines.
