About this role

Oversee the financial operations related to patient care, ensuring accurate billing, efficient claims processing, and timely collections
Manage the entire revenue cycle, from patient registration to final payment, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations
Improve revenue cycle management by optimizing billing processes, reducing denials, and accelerating claims processing
Maximize program income from third-party payers through efficient claims management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HIM-related projects and initiatives

Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field (e.g., Healthcare Administration, Health Information Management)
3-5 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, medical billing, or healthcare finance
1-2 years of experience in personnel supervision, budgeting, financial management, and nonprofit experience
Valid Driver’s License with at least three (3) years driving experience and less than two (2) moving violations in the past three (3) years
Must be able to pass a drug screen and background test
