Tilt is a company focused on transforming access to financial products through innovative mobile-first solutions. They are seeking a Senior Manager of Product Marketing to bridge product, marketing, and creative teams, responsible for defining product positioning and go-to-market strategies while enhancing customer engagement and retention.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute GTM plans for product launches that span Tilt’s credit card and cash advance offerings
- Craft clear, differentiated messaging that communicates the unique value of Tilt’s products to target audiences
- Work directly with product and creative teams to define the in-app and lifecycle messaging strategy to ensure different customer segments understand, adopt, and continue to extract value from the product over time
- Uncover customer pain points, and opportunities to inform product marketing strategies and enhance the customer experience
- Become a master of the cash advance and credit card industries. Keep the wider team sharp on competitive shifts, and proactively identify strategic opportunities that align with Tilt’s mission
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in product marketing at a consumer tech or tech-forward financial services company; credit card experience is a plus
- Proven ability to lead ambiguous, new product initiatives with a high degree of ownership
- Strong ability to translate complex technical and financial concepts into clear, customer-centric messaging
- Experience developing GTM strategies and supporting successful product launches
- Demonstrated cross-functional partnership with product, engineering, design, compliance, and marketing teams
- Data-informed marketer with the ability to measure impact, learn quickly, and iterate on strategy
