Operationalize PQLs: Define and scale PQL scoring and routing frameworks
Execute High-Velocity Experimentation: Establish a 'weekly shipping' culture for experiments
Build the Growth Stack: Oversee growth analytics backbone
Lead a Lean Pod: Recruit and manage a high-performing team

8+ years in Growth Marketing, Lifecycle, or PLG roles within B2B SaaS
2+ years of direct people management
Strong product orientation with the ability to speak 'instrumentation'
A hands-on operator capable of building dashboards and designing experiments
Proven track record of driving measurable lifts in activation and retention cohorts
Crisp, high-trust communication skills
Experience with AI/agentic products, SQL literacy (nice to have)
