Role Overview
- Preparing detailed reports relating to commercial disputes, litigation, and investigations to support expert witness testimony and legal proceedings.
- Leading forensic accounting procedures, including data analysis, document review, and interviews.
- Maintaining detailed working paper records of reflecting assumptions, methodologies, and sources of information employed during the performance of all analytical tasks.
- Collaborating with legal counsel and clients to understand case strategy and deliver tailored financial insights.
- Leading project teams, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery across multiple engagements.
- Collaborating with other Interpath specialist teams in Ireland and abroad to manage risk and provide effective solutions to clients.
Requirements
- Skilled in producing clear, evidence-based reports for forensic and dispute advisory projects.
- Qualified ACA or ACCA.
- Preferably 5 years PQE experience with managerial experience on Dispute assignments.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, challenging, and unpredictable environment.
- Have excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Be hands-on and a non-hierarchical operator.
- Are driven by values and integrity, straight talking, and lead by example.
- Demonstrate the ability to balance a high-level view with project detail.
- Hold a natural ability to prioritise – especially in highly pressurised situations.
