Conduct economic and regulatory analysis to inform policy and investment decisions
Perform economic impact, input–output, market simulation, and financial analysis
Assess supply chains, critical minerals, water issues, manufacturing systems, and industrial infrastructure
Evaluate large-load, data center, and industrial electricity demand
Support transmission, distribution, grid resilience, and power sector infrastructure studies
Develop data-driven dashboards, analytic tools, and decision-support platforms
Conduct scenario, sensitivity, and uncertainty analysis
Lead or contribute to stakeholder engagement, workshops, reports, and strategic communications
Provide technical leadership and strategic advisory support
Manage multidisciplinary teams and complex consulting engagements
Lead thought leadership and public-facing technical publications
Lead proposals and business development efforts

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, economics, public policy, energy systems, finance, data science, or related field
5+ years of relevant professional energy experience (i.e., critical minerals/supply chain analysis and/or energy emerging technologies/water)
Experience with energy modeling/analysis
Prior experience consulting for the Department of Energy
