About this role
Role Overview
Play a critical role in supporting live patient scheduling and rescheduling
Serve as the frontline communicator between patients and clinical operations
Thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first startup environment
Respond to patient replies triggered by reschedule notifications (SMS/email)
Apply Midi’s scheduling logic, appointment types, time zone complexities, and clinician availability
Monitor and respond to scheduling-related Zendesk tickets and internal Slack threads
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in a high-volume healthcare operations or patient services role
At least 2 years of experience working in AthenaHealth and Zendesk
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong attention to detail
Comfort working with time-sensitive inquiries and managing multiple communication channels simultaneously
Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
Benefits
Compensation: $22/hour, non-exempt
Full Time, 40-hour work-week
