Understand Credible’s Private Student Loan, Student Loan Refinancing, and Personal Loan products
Respond to a high volume of inbound client inquiries coming in by phone, live chat, and email
Complete outbound calling campaigns to help clients move forward with their loan request
Evaluate customer requests for loan options and process those requests efficiently and accurately with support from the Loan Operations team
Identify client needs and help clients use specific site features
Educate customers by explaining how different financial products work and assist them in improving their financial literacy with support from the Client Success team
Develop customer-related metric reports, analyze the data, and report findings to management
Requirements
Must be a current Bachelor’s student or recent graduate
Must have a 3.0 GPA or higher
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
Strong collaborative nature, able to work cross-functionally with client-facing and back-end teams with a solution-focused mindset
Tactful, with sound judgment -

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong critical thinker with the ability to identify trends and issues.
