Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, scheduling, production, customer service, quality, sourcing, finance, shipping/receiving, engineering) to ensure effective supply chain operations.
Manage assigned commodities: plan, procure, and expedite components to meet sales and production schedules.
Maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure on-time delivery through accurate purchase orders and schedule agreements.
Analyze MRP and SAP data to support inventory goals and supplier performance, including generating reports and conducting root cause analysis.
Resolve Accounts Payable issues promptly to ensure timely supplier payments.
Address supplier quality concerns and coordinate returns for defective materials.
Support management with assigned projects as needed.

Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of Buyer/Materials Planner and Accounts Payable experience OR Associate’s degree with 5+ years of Buyer/Materials Planner and Accounts Payable experience OR High School diploma/ GED with 7+ years of Buyer/Materials Planner and Accounts Payable experience
3+ years strong MRP and inventory management skills
Ability to travel up to 10-15% of the time
SAP experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Self-motivated, results-focused, and able to work both independently and in teams.
