Manage and grow the assigned geographic territory and accounts through the sales of temporary HVAC and power equipment.
Develop long term relationships and build partnerships with the customer.
Actively search for and close new business opportunities.
Achieve annual sales targets and promote the growth of rental services while maintaining focus on cash flow management.
Consult with customer for requirements of emergency and planned rental projects.
Develop account management skills and provide customers with superior value and service.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
2+ years of inside or outside sales experience with rental equipment OR commercial/industrial HVAC.
Valid Driver’s License
Ability to travel including overnight up to 50% within the territory
