Lead end-to-end testing efforts for Workday projects.
Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, plans, and schedules across modules such as Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Management.
Create and coordinate detailed test scenarios and cases with functional and technical teams.
Drive testing activities from kickoff through all phases to closure while ensuring defined entry and exit criteria are met.
Oversee defect management processes from identification through resolution.
Provide clear reporting on test progress, results, risks, and issues to project management and stakeholders.
Analyze and evaluate operational and financial functions of administrative and operational units.
Conduct comprehensive statistical analysis and evaluation of unit services and performance.
Identify program or service strengths, weaknesses, and financial impact and identify opportunities for service and program improvement.
Develop special reports and recommendations.
Provide input in the development of operational plans, procedures and systems.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Care Administration or a related field and two years of statistical analysis experience OR High School Diploma/GED and six years of experience OR Associate’s Degree and four years of experience OR Master’s Degree and one year of experience
Excellent analytical, communication and customer service skills
Workday knowledge
Microsoft applications experience
Strong collaboration, leadership, communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills
PMO testing methodologies including manual and automated testing, functional, integration, and UAT
Experience with Work Front and Jira
