Undergraduate degree, Post Graduate degree or Technical Certificate
Strong academic background (e.g., computer science, engineering)
5-7 years relevant experience
5+ years of experience in enterprise software in software development utilizing Agile methodologies
5+ years of experience in Java, API, Kafka, and Microservices
5+ years of experience in the credit card domain
5+ years of experience in drive execution of strategic initiatives such as Processor integrations, platform modernization, and automation of compliance
5+ years of experience implementing automation strategies that reduce manual processing time
5+ years of experience ensuring systems meet annual compliance scans and support observability frameworks for performance and security
5+ years of experience of collaborating with business partners to deliver complete solutions
5+ years of experience mentoring and developing team members, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
