- Lead, coach and mentor a team of Senior Account Executives selling Workday’s Solutions
- Drive new oCFO business for Workday by leveraging your unique financials and industry acumen
- Lead a team focused on driving complex sales cycles
- Be a go-to resource for oCFO Product Strategy
- Act as a 'player/coach’ who balances closing deals with skill development
- Employ effective selling strategies to successfully position Workday as a viable cloud partner
Requirements
- 2+ years of field sales management experience as a SaaS company
- ideally focused on new business acquisition
- ~10+ years as a field sales representative
- Experience selling cloud, SaaS, ERP, or ERP-adjacent solutions
- Proven track record of competing against and winning over legacy ERP providers
- Experience in cultivating relationships with the partner ecosystem
- Experience managing complex sales cycles from start to finish
- Experience as a leader in a team selling environment
