About this role
Role Overview
Provide strategic support as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the CRO, supporting high-level decision-making.
Research and prepare materials for key meetings, presentation, and business reviews.
Collaborate with the CRO on planning and executing the revenue strategy, tracking progress, and identifying risks or opportunities.
Oversee the CRO’s daily operations, ensuring priorities are aligned and time is spent on high-impact tasks.
Maintain and manage the CRO’s calendar, scheduling meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
Handle email correspondence, meeting notes, and follow-ups.
Coordinate cross-functional projects and initiatives, liaising with teams such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to drive execution.
Act as a representative of the CRO in meetings, ensuring alignment across teams and stakeholders.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, customers, and external partners.
Prepare concise, actionable summaries and updates for the CRO when they are unavailable.
Take ownership of special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CRO, from concept to delivery.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and systems that support the CRO’s goals and You.com’s revenue growth.
Requirements
10+ years of experience providing executive-level support.
Proven ability to support multiple executives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
A proactive mindset, with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independently.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail.
Intense curiosity and a drive for continuous learning and improvement.
Proficiency in productivity tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management software.
Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, with flexibility to work in-office in San Francisco as needed.
