CoinTracker is a company that simplifies cryptocurrency portfolio tracking and tax compliance. The Executive Business Partner will support the Product & Design lead by managing scheduling, communications, and operational projects, ensuring leadership effectiveness and alignment with strategic priorities.
Responsibilities:
- Provide top tier support for calendar management by driving the work-stream autonomously, proactively, efficiently and effectively
- Build a deep understanding of your leader’s OKRs and priorities, and utilize your business acumen to ensure they are spending 100% of their time on allocated areas of work
- Become an extension of your leaders, anticipating their needs, driving administrative and operational projects with excellence, and 'seeing around corners' on their behalf
- Play an integral role in planning and executing operational projects, co-working events and off-sites for your leaders and their teams
- Partner with the EBP team to execute and plan company-wide events and/or projects

- 8-10 years of experience providing strategic administrative support
- Advanced, strategic skill level in relation to internal and external logistics (calendar, travel, and email management)
- Deep understanding of how to quickly build and maintain business acumen to support leadership prioritization; resulting in proactively sharing out recommendations for process and/or operational improvements
- Proven track record of delivering cross-functional medium to large scale projects and/or events (internally and externally facing) from ideation through delivery
- Ability to quickly establish exemplary trust with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders, while exhibiting composure
- Communicates and drives work autonomously, reliably, proactively, and efficiently
- High EQ with ability to influence across all levels of experience
- Comfortable driving ambiguous work forward in a fast-paced, start up environment; creating clarity along the way
- Showcases deep openness to growing, learning, and to giving and receiving feedback
- Works effectively in a remote-first setting, is available for in-person events multiple times per year
