Provide strategic leadership on deployment and support strategies for GE & Multi Vendor equipment serviced by the Biomed organization.
Support zone leadership and field teams in driving Variable Cost Productivity projects focused on most cost-effective service options.
Be a key contributor in the development of a comprehensive database of information using industry information from AAMI, ECRI, and FDA as well as specific OEM information.
Improve and enhance the GE database to be the best in industry.
Reinvigorate end of life database to include key decision points of part and service availability.
Identify and report any and all customer quality or compliance concerns immediately to the Quality Organization.
Provide timely reports to improve cost reduction and efficiency in the field.
Participate in continuous improvement activities by identifying and appropriately escalating process and product quality gaps.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s))
HTM/Biomed knowledge
Proven leadership skills, including the ability to motivate cross functional teams to achieve business goals.
Strong business acumen, including a strong financial background and analytical mindset.
Profit and Loss (P&L) exposure.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate with all level of the organization.
