Lead and manage a team of direct reports, including hiring and developing diverse top talent.
Collaborate with Statistical Programming, Biostatistics, Clinical Research, Global Drug Safety, and Project Management to meet project deliverables.
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements regarding statistical principles and objectives.
Negotiate project timelines and manage staffing plans.
Oversee and contribute to completion of all technical and operational statistical activities for multiple development programs.
Provide overall leadership for departmental strategic initiatives.

PhD with 8 years of industry experience OR Masters degree with 10 years of experience or Bachelors degree with 14 years of experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills
Understanding of the business beyond the area of Biostatistics
Experience setting up and influencing collaborations with external academic or government organizations
Ability to set up data monitoring committees for clinical studies.
Experience using competitive intelligence to influence clinical development strategies.
