Collaborate with Comms to ensure customer proof reinforces the market-facing narrative and thought leadership.
Partner with Digital Marketing to activate and distribute customer stories across web and campaign channels.
Shape product and customer value narratives for Retail Advisory Council engagements, and translate insights into messaging refinements, adoption initiatives, and advocacy opportunities.
Continuously surface patterns across customer feedback and market signals, recommending initiatives that accelerate adoption and advocacy.
Requirements
5–8+ years of experience in product marketing, customer marketing, or related roles within retail media or enterprise SaaS.
Strong understanding of retail media networks, supplier ecosystems, and enterprise retail buying cycles.
Demonstrated ability to translate complex product capabilities into clear, persuasive value narratives.
Proven track record of driving product adoption and customer engagement initiatives.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a high craft bar across presentations and content.
Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer teams.
Ability to operate independently, taking strategic direction, building execution plans, and delivering without heavy oversight.
Intellectual curiosity, pattern recognition, and the confidence to challenge assumptions thoughtfully.
