Monitor and maintain systems to ensure zero failures with expertise in BMS
Calibrate, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electronic/pneumatic control devices
Inspire trust and adapt while coordinating vendor issue resolutions
Check operational availability of equipment through BMS system
Generate daily and monthly BMS and PME related reports
Perform independent equipment evaluations to identify potential failures
Collaborate with team and communicate effectively with site management and customers
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Requirements
Electromechanical, Mechanical or Electrical Technician or Engineer degree (is a plus, can be waive per Hiring Manager)
1 year of experience as a BMS technician or 2 years as an Engineer, a controls environment, or demonstrated equivalent combination of education and experience (is a plus, can be waive per Hiring Manager)
Able to demonstrate a clear understanding of technical engineering systems.
Must be willing to work overtime, holidays, various shifts, weekends, and alternative work schedules.
