About this role
Role Overview
- Understand design direction and contribute to work that is in line with Multiplayer's quality standards
- Learn how to gather relevant data and input for problem solving
- Expand your knowledge of accessibility standards for web and software products
- Become familiar with the basic design foundations within user experience, interaction, and visual design
- Lend a hand in the production of different kinds of design outputs such as journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes
- Learn about how design can impact the overall business, and how this impact can be measured
- Learn about the different design methods and when to use each within a project
- Learn about design systems and how to use them effectively in the design process
- Contribute to presentation reviews and the layout of content to tell a cohesive story
- Engage in opportunities to learn and grow in design capabilities and techniques
- Participate in Multiplayer's internal bootcamp to further your learning and understand how we work
Requirements
- Recent graduate from a UX/UI, interaction design, product design, or related program
- Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Ability to manage time and deadlines effectively
- Familiar with design tools such as Figma
- Understanding of user-centred design principles
