Briefing Analyst, Mid

Role Overview

• Perform setup and maintenance of contracts in compliance with contractual terms, conditions, and requirements
• Support multiple program tasks simultaneously while prioritizing efforts with strict timelines
• Reconcile contract modifications against Costpoint records
• Participate in contract kick-off meetings
• Work closely with Contract Administrators, Project Control, and Program Managers to solve setup challenges
• Support external and internal audit teams with gathering documents

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience using Deltek Costpoint project module for project setup
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• HS diploma or GED
• Experience using V-lookup and Pivot Table functions in Excel (Nice If You Have)
