Drive top-of-funnel and mid-funnel growth by developing high-quality lead generation programs.
Collaborate with the marketing ops, rev ops, sales teams to optimize lead quality and routing.
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing insights to leadership teams.

10+ years in demand generation or growth marketing with a demonstrated ability to achieve lead and pipeline growth.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEM, paid advertising, email marketing, and content marketing.
A data-driven leader with strong quantitative and analytical skills to guide strategic decisions.
Experience in B2B, Healthcare, SaaS, or technology industries is a plus.
Must have active work authorization in the US.
