Role Overview
- Combine deep technical expertise with strategic oversight across the practice
- Lead enterprise-scale integrations within the Adobe digital marketing platform
- Serve as a technical authority mentoring consultants and shaping solution design
- Assess current architecture and marketing capabilities
- Lead project execution reviews using delivery frameworks
- Develop and implement inspection strategy using QA methodologies
- Collaborate with Engagement and practice leads to champion continuous improvement
- Validate handoff docs and SOWs for feasibility, alignment, and risk
- Act as the bridge from deal close to kickoff and refine templates
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in technical consulting
- Proven track record of leading complex Adobe Experience Cloud implementations
- Strong understanding of Workfront, DPO, JIRA, and Confluence
- Experience inspecting and improving delivery across multiple practices or business units
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and collaborator management skills
- Knowledge of PMO governance and deep experience in delivery assurance, or enterprise enablement preferred
- Proven ability to mentor and develop consulting talent.
