Collaborate with key business users, cross-functional teams, and IT staff to ensure IT solutions meet business needs
Develop, interpret, review, validate, document, and maintain business and functional requirements for software applications
Present formal presentations to end users, stakeholders, and management
Participate in application acceptance testing to ensure compliance with requirements
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Communications or related field or relative years of experience in lieu of a degree
3+ years of relevant experience with pension administration or information technology including: 2+ years assisting with an IT project or implementation
Strong verbal and written communication skills catering messages to both business and technical audiences
Knowledge and experience in Agile
