Role Overview
- Elicit, analyze, specify, and validate business needs of stakeholders
- Lead interviews with stakeholders to gather complex user requirements
- Promote a collaborative team environment and mentor junior-level analysts
- Document current processes and models to identify inefficiencies or gaps
- Support delivery teams during the development, testing, and deployment of solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3-5 years of experience in business analysis
- Background in relevant industries, functions, and/or technologies preferred
- Professional certification in agile methodologies preferred
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Visio, and Outlook
- Understanding of Application architectures
- Understanding of SQL and data modeling
