Deliver tax advisory and compliance services to clients
Provide tax compliance and advisory services to S-corporations, partnerships, individuals, and corporations
Participate in tax research projects on tax issues
Help draft IRS responses and address tax authority inquiries
Team with leaders on special projects in corporate taxation
Develop recommendations for the client to consider
Communicate with specialty tax practices on complicated matters
Learn and grow from direct coaching and mentoring
Utilize entrepreneurial skills to network and build strong relationships

Bachelor’s or master's degree in accounting or law, or a related degree in business
Outstanding academic performance required, with a preferred GPA of 3.0 or above
Relevant internship, work experience and/or involvement with a professional organization
The ability to work effectively in a team environment with all levels of client personnel
Demonstrated skills in time management, communication, interpersonal skills, relationship building, collaboration, and problem solving
Organizational and analytical skills, initiative, adaptability
Proficiency with Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
