Manager I-Team Customer Engineer

Role Overview

• Manage the local inventories and RMA procedure
• Achieve guaranteed up time and other parameters as sold to customers
• Promote quality improvement processes to reduce cycle time
• Drive continuous improvement of technical performance
• Guide and influence others internally in related areas or externally

Requirements

• Forecast financial, manpower, and operational requirements for key businesses
• Identify and pursue service agreement business in conjunction with marketing and sales
• Manage system start up and warranty cost
• Ensure customer satisfaction with company service and system performance
• Interview, hire, and train customer engineers as necessary
• Maintain DSO according to goal
• Establish training and career development plans
• Spot and develop managerial/other specialist talent
• Ensure appropriate safety practices among customer engineers
